need advice

I am an IMG on F1 visa .I have cleared step 1(97),Step 2 CS and waiting for my Step 2 CK result which I beleive should be out by 8th/9th sept.I will start applying after that.Right now I am pursuing PhD in britain (2nd year).My concern is if I should wait for ECFMG certification before applying or I should start as soon as I receive my step 2 CK score?I've sent my documents to ERAS though ,which havnt been scanned yet.

I think you should apply as soon as step 2 ck result is result. I would recommend philadelphia hosptial, PA. They take lot of Brit-experienced docs.
