I am a FMG. I appeared for my step 2 CS on August 28th , 2006. I have cleared the Step 1 and step 2 CK part.

When can I register and apply for step 3 if i am applying for the 2007 match.

Do I need to apply before sept 1, 2006 to apply for july 2007 match.

please reply as soon as possible

NO. you dont have to. The exams you are going to take(Step 3) has no relation with the july 07 match.

To be eligible for Step 3, you should receive ECFMG certification. ECFMG certificate comes two weeks after you pass Step 2 CS.
