I am working on a project to develop another source of decent online Step 1 review questions. I recently graduated from medical school from the University of Minnesota in Minneapolis, Minnesota. I will be completing a surgical intern year at Hennepin County Medical Center followed by anesthesia training at the Mayo Clinic in Rochester, Minnesota. In my experience as a medical student, there is only one decent source of online questions, which is kaplan.com. Establishing a solid knowledge base and actively testing that knowledge base with practice questions is the best way to study for these exams. Step 1 is a matter of pattern recognition, and the more often you see the pattern, the more likely you are to answer the question correctly on the actual exam. I am looking for students, residents, etc. to submit originally written step 1-like questions with explanations. Questions must be written on your own and may not be plagarized from other sources. I think that the market could really use another good database of questions.
