Shocked Whats that? UA and tympanocentesis?? Both ar entirely different! Urine analysis is collecting a sample of urine and examining it for count, pH, color, nitrite, leukocyte esterase etc. Tympanocentesis is removal of fluid from behind the eardrum in case of ear infections.
