Couple Match, Help please!

I'm an 10+ IMG (1994),scores 88 & 94 at first attempt, will get one us exp and will apply for INT-MED & PSYCH. My wife is less than 5 yr (2001) graduate, scores 99 & 99, will have one US exp, will apply for INT-MED & OB-GYN. We need to apply for couple match. Can someone please suggest how we should proceed with our selection of programs, I'm very confused! Should we apply only to medium profile/low profile programs? I know for my graduation gap good programs won't select me where my wife might have a chance. Applying for couple match, will this pull our average prospect down or up? How to get rid of the dilemma?
