Here is my humble opinion.

The time you have stated is practically speaking very less. I understand that you are smart and have tackled many exams without much effort. But my feeling is that there can be consequences if you were to follow an aggressive path.

If you pass and get a low score, being an IMG it will make your life difficult when you look for a residency position. And God forbid, if you fail, that shows up on your marklist as well.

My humble opinion is to postpone your exam.

but postponement is virtually impossible. I CAN pass with 2 months study but I'm hoping to study as efficiently as possible so I can score with a slightly higher than just passing score. I literally can study about 14 to 15 hours a day. I still would appreciate any suggestions in this matter.

Try to do lot of Q&A - that is most important.

Efficient use of time is most important objective during examination.

Also, if you have Kaplan, concentrate and read the book twice. Dont try to divulge into multiple textbooks or sources. Otherwise it can get confusing.

And best of all, my heartly wishes to you.
