how can I stay in the us while taking the 3 steps

I have a B visa , i was wondering after i get in the US how can i stay legally for a long period continously till i finish the 3 steps there... i don't wanna take any steps from my home country for specific reasons

which visa should i be seeking???

unfortunately no.

some doctors study mph and get f1 visa. it is a 2 year course. others try to pursue phd.
