paid research position possible in F2 ??

hello all,
i want to get a research position for which i will be paid. how difficult is it to get such a position ?? i need that for US exp before applying for residency.

i wud go to US in F2 visa. is it possible in any way to get paid under that ?? if not, then do i try for J1 ?? bt i heard it is difficult to change J1 research to J1 clinical. is it true ??

being a doctor (IMG) is it possible to get any sorts of work in US under F2 ?? can i get any job in lab like technician ??

you cannot work with f2 visa. you would need h1b or j1 visa.
