OPT to J1 to H1B to greencard

Hi all,

Will you please explain what the limitations could be to go from OPT to J1 to H1b to greencard ??? I just got my master's degree, My company want to sponsor me but I am late for the fiscal year 2008. so I will be off for about 4 montns next year.... before I can start working under the H1b on Oct 2008.

I am currently working on my OPT year (after completion of studies).

Is there any other posibillity different from j1? before H1b?

OPT to H1 is preferable course.
