hello,
my creds 89/95/CS (all first attempts)
MBBS 96,MD2000,MRCP 2005.
i applied on 16 oct as my step 1 and CS results arrived on that date.
Am i too late or i can hope to get iv calls?
Is my graduation year 1996 a big disadvantage or my MD,MRCP can help me to overcome it partially?
how long one can expect to get IV calls?
Thx in anticipation |

The biggest disadvantage is that you are slightly late. If you were looking for IM, you have good chances of getting matched.
Go and send emails to hospitals informing them of your crendentials so that you might look at your resume and provide interview dates.

UK experience would be useful as most programs in US treat experience in Western countries as positive. Check out pennsylvania hospital . most residents over there are from UK.
Too much hinderance can backfire. But one email wont and shouldnt do the damage. |
