i m an img presently on h4 visa and my green card is in process it will take 4-5 yrs for that processcan i apply on j1 for shud i only go for h1
if you are on H4 visa for a short period, then you might have enough time on H1 visa. Then it is better to go with H1 than J1 visa. J1, as you know, requires the 2 year home return requirement or need to apply for the j1 waiver job and it could jeopardize your green card application. |
