Please I just get in touch with a residency placement group who is asking me to pay 4553 USD for 3months of clincal rotation and recommendation letter,scramble and edition of CV and PS.It is a good deal?

Answer:
I am sorry but I feel that you are lazy. 4553$ ???. Are you crazy?
Why does any one need any placement group? Can anyone other than residency hospital guarantee placement?

Dont you see you are getting ripped off!
