SHOULD I SUBMIT A SEPARATE PERSONAL STATEMENT FOR PRELIMNARY MEDICINE IF I AM APPYLING FOR RADIOLOGY ADVANCED POSITION?

I think it is not required. The Radiology interest what you mention in preliminary medicine will provide some purpose of your interest in preliminary medicine.

The only bad part will be that some PDs will be concerned that you may not rank their hospitals higher because some other programs have Radiology positions. You must try to alevate this issue during the interview.
