| the problem i am facing is exactly like pandys .i am also expected to have ead in coming november .can iapply in ead visa? |

then why do u suggest deepsikha to go for H1b ?cant she too go with ead?
and one more question.what will be i writing in my expected visa column? |

lisa, in case of deepshika she was saying that her husband will be applying for Green card. It takes many years for people to get past the stages where you would be eligible for EAD.
you said that concretly that you would be getting EAD in november then you should not have any problems. |
