i passed step 2 before cs was started.so i have passed step 3 without giving cs.

then you might taken csa. csa and step 2 cs are the old and new names of the same exam.

i gave my step 2 in 1996 when there was no csa.ok.

i would check your ecfmg expiration date? it might have expired.
