Hi
I m currently on a B1 visa & will expire in september. My wife is on a F 1 visa, doing a masters program. I want to convert to F2 ( spouse) visa to enable me to attend interviews for 2007 match. Will it be a problem if i want to convert from F2 to H1 or J1 later after i get a residency?
Or is it advisable to apply for another B1 visa or extension?
Please advise.
Thank you. |

Hi root
Thanks a lot for replying to my question. I hav already been in the US fromnovember on B1/ B2, but went back in time in april for a month. Considering this... will it be a problem if i change visa status too often?
Thanks in advance. |
