how can i arrang for extership or obsevership,i try to contact different program director but almost all say that they didnt offer obsever/extership to IMG,is ther specfic program able to accept us us as IMG for obsevership/externship???

yes i know it is tough. but you have to keep on trying. if you are unable to find externship in your chosen field, then try other fields. I had used experience working with other docs in clinical settings.
