Thank for the great site that offer agret help and support world wide .My q is that iam looking to do residency training in the field of general surgery.i know that to me as an IMG is difficult but what can i do to improv my chance beside having ahigh grades in USML.

you can increase your chances by :
* scoring high in step 1, step 2 (95+)
* require no visa; even if do, u are fine with J1
* externships in US or atleast in western countries.
