easier or more difficult in big cities?

Hello everybody
I heard if you take the steps exams in big cities like Miami, New york, LA, the exams are more difficult than in small cities or town.
Because i'm planning to take my step2 CK in a big city.
Any comments about that?

never heard about that. heard that exams in US is harder for IMGs than if the IMG takes the exam in their home country.
