Do you guys think its a good idea to email a program after the interview to show ur interest....if you want to rank it number 1? I mean I already send a thank you card but i mean now like when the ranking is being done.......

Yes it is very important you do so. Infact, I would advise to send all your programs email stating that you are ranking them number 1. That way, if programs really heed to this email, you will get matched.

Programs have no way of finding out what rank you place them on unless you volunteer.
