hi,
i am on a H4 visa and will apply for 2007 match.. can me/husband apply for greencard as he is on H1B at present.. will this affect my status for applying for H1B while pursuing residency application in 2007 match? or do we wait till i start residency and apply after that jointly?pls help.. |

The current H1-B legislation has dual-intent that means, you can work on H1-B ( and get future extensions) and apply for GC. Your husband may be able to get GC through his employer. |
