This experience is certainly non-medical.

It would be better to mention the experience if you had a valid reason for the dropout, otherwise the residency program directors might feel that you would do the same once you get into their program.

Completion of this program would lead me to become radiation therapist, which I don't want to become and hence didn't need the final clinical year of the program. But the first two years allowed me to have thorough knowledge of North American Health Care System, Medical Ethics and some patient exposure (pt.education regarding side effects of radiation therapy).
I had full courses on Clinical Behavioral Science, Medical Ethics, Research Methodology. I also had chances to refresh my basic scineces (pathology, physiology), courses on Clinical pathology, radibiology etc. which gives the base preaparation for doing Fellowship in Oncology in future.
Do you think this explanations are good enough?
To bridge my time gap from 2000-2003 , I need to mention this, I guess. Not getting better alternatives to fill in the gap.
2004 I took kaplan course , wrote two steps and onward was perparing for the CS and match. That's how I'm planning to present my 5 yrs in Canada.
