Hello,

Where will I take step 3? I donot know where I will get matched.

It looks like catch-22. For H1 visa, I need step 3, but without knowing where I will match, I dont know where I should take step 3.

choose any state to write your exam. it doesnot matter.

once you pass step 3 from one state, it is valid for any state.

connecticut has the least requirements for step 3..so u can go 4 CT..thats wat most guys go 4..
