Hello,
Does anybody know if the fact of having and H1B visa now helps the proccessing of obtaining a position in internal medicine with and H1 visa. I mean, will it be easier for the program to sponsor the H1 visa if I already have one?
Thanks |

it is possible to have a h1b visa for people who are working in US and applying for residency.
h1b visa transfer or new h1b visa is the sample application and since most of the educational firms are not subject to maximum restrictions of h1b maximum limits (since they are high-education institutions). The application process is exactly the same in most cases.
it surely does help if the candidate is already in US, but not that much. Your marks and your interviewing capacities dictate your opportunities. |
