hi guys... i am trying to start my eras account, but I keep reading the instructions and i just dont get what are the steps. and what do I need for each step of the eras registration?

pls I need some help.

PS: - do I need to pay for the token?
- are there any requirments to get the token?
- how do I set up the eras account?
