what are my chances?

i failed step 2 ck,much to my surprise. on the report sheet , there was no mark for mental illnesses. does it mean i scored nohing there? i am very surprised considering my experience. my strongholds even turned out to be the poorest! i cancelled an earlier registration before this one. do you think a remark will help?
i completed shcool fve years ago in Africa. is there any chance i will get a program in 08 if remark yields nothing?
Finally, is it possibl to keep the same recommendation letters and use them in the next application?
please help me. i am very frustrated and dejected! Crying or Very sad

You should call NBME asking for why they let it blank? It is really rare cause its your strongpoint. Also, you can use those LoR next year.
