Hey guys, I need help, advices...I aproved USMLE CS and Step 1 first attempt but in the later got 75. Took step 3 and passed third time with 78, and planning to take step 3 in march. Graduated in 2002. IMG. I just sent my documents to get scanned for the match. Please tell me what do you think my posibilities are to get a position in IM and any advise.

I would advise to get more externship/observership experience, else it would be a difficult ride.

Also, you should consider taking the step 3. but this time, take your time and take the exam after good preparation.
