many hospitals in Pennysvannia prefer UK experience.

NY is more open to fresh people but having high marks
NJ is more open to Green card applicants
PA is open to IMGs
Ohio is open to experienced IMGs (IMGs with externship or intership experience)
IL is okay with IMGs only in community hospitals.
Hospitals in FL and Texas prefer IMGs with spanish.

CA makes it harder for IMGs to get in.

Southern States prefer only Americans regardless whether they could fill it or not

Midwestern states are between Southern and NY.

Generally, the residency with Southern and Midwestern states are much easier and easy going than on the east. NY community hospitals treats medical graduates like kiss and make them struggle.

Best of luck to all of you but this what i gathered!
