is it best to buy a list of residency programs suited to our profile or do u suggest we make our own list

Answer:
You should never need to buy any list. That is totally a ripoff. Before we created this website, there was no website that even volunteered so much free info.

You should be able to get the free list from this website and then use common sense and derive your own list. No one else other than you can make a right choice for you. If any one else claims it, then trying to make money off you.

Whether you wish to volunteer or not, it is upto you.
