I am a foreign medical graduate. I have passed my step 1 and 2 ck. Appeared step 2cs on 9th august. Results of step 2 cs expected on oct 11 to nov 9. Which is the earlest date that can i appear for step 3. and how ?

answer:
once you clear step 2 cs, you will be also sent ecfmg certificate. once you receive the ecfmg certification, you are ready to apply for step 3.
